5. Are Fibrelink services secure?

Yes. Backup and disaster recovery services are available upon request and are included in selected hosting and server management packages.

8. How are billing and invoices handled?
Invoices are issued based on the agreed billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payments must be made on or before the due date to avoid service interruption.

11. What is your Refund & Cancellation Policy?
- Service Cancellation: Clients may request to cancel services at any time by contacting our support team.
- Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for prepaid services that have not yet been activated or used, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Installation, setup, or activation fees are non-refundable.
- Partial Use: For services already partially used (e.g., active subscription period), no prorated refunds are issued.
- Notification: All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. Our team will confirm the cancellation and provide guidance on any refundable amounts.
